Our horticulture team uses specially designed breathable packaging materials and secure cushioning to protect your plants during transit. We also carefully time shipments based on optimal weather conditions for each plant variety.

Where do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide from our Sacramento nursery, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Our global delivery promise ensures your plants arrive with the same care we’d give our own garden.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two thoughtful shipping options:
Express Green Thumb Service ($12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipping – perfect for time-sensitive plantings.
Patient Gardener’s Choice (Free for orders over $50): Shipped via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days – ideal for planned garden projects.
How long does order processing take?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your plants begin their journey to you.

What if my plants don’t arrive in healthy condition?
We stand behind every leaf and bloom with our Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 15 days of delivery and our plant whisperers will make it right.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind or your plants don’t arrive as expected, please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to either replace the plants or issue a refund.
