Description
If you’re looking for edible plants that are easy to grow and take up little space, definitely consider raspberries. They are self-fertile plants that will produce fruit even if only one plant is grown.
Released from the Nova Scotia, Canada, ‘Nova’ is an exceptionally cold hardy Raspberry variety that adapts to all climates, including hot ones such as in the upper midwest. Ripening over a long harvest season, the bright red berries are very firm and sweet with excellent flavor and a long shelf life. The berries are also excellent for freezing. A vigorous plant with upright canes with very few spines.
NOTE: As with all of our other plants and trees, all of our fruit plants are grown in containers outdoors so they are fully rooted and landscape-ready upon arrival.
