Shipping Information

We ship to most countries worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Here’s what you need to know:

Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared by our plant whisperers within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We recommend choosing standard shipping for time-sensitive plant deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every plant to thrive in your garden. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our flexible return policy:

Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Plants must be in original, resalable condition
  • All identification tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging should be retained when possible

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Plants that have been planted or removed from original containers
  • Custom or special order items (marked as such on product pages)
  • Seasonal plants with limited viability windows
  • Azaleas, Camellias, Gardenias, and Native Plants (due to their specific care requirements)

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our plant whisperers will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Carefully: Repack the plant in its original container with adequate protection.
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Sacramento nursery using a trackable method (we recommend DHL/FedEx for fastest processing).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • DHL/FedEx: For fastest return processing
  • EMS: More economical for international returns

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement plant in your return email
  3. We’ll ship your new plant once the return is received
